Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding order processing, delivery timelines, and international shipping.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed on the same business day if placed before our daily processing cut-off time.
Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking information (if available).
2. UAE Shipping
We currently deliver across all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within the UAE is 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation and processing.
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery within the UAE on orders of AED 500 or more.
- On orders below AED 500, delivery is a flat AED 15.
Delivery Notes
Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information to avoid delays.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return the products within the stated return window, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
The original invoice must be provided for any return.
If a product is defective or incorrect, you must return it within the indicated return period. We will arrange a pickup.
The customer is responsible for any shipping delivery costs associated with the return unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Please note that logistics and delivery fees are non-refundable.
3. Shipping Outside the UAE
We deliver to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time outside the UAE is 5 to 7 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar on orders of AED 750 or more.
- On orders below AED 750, delivery is a flat rate: Oman AED 39; Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar AED 59.
Customs & Import Duties
Import taxes for your destination are already included in the prices shown on this website.
Customs duties are calculated and added at checkout.
The total shown before you confirm your order includes both.
Delivery Delays
Shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs inspections, local courier services, or international logistics conditions beyond our control.
4. Delivery Charges in Full
Delivery is charged at a flat rate by destination. It does not vary with the weight or the size of your order.
- United Arab Emirates — AED 15, or free on orders of AED 500 or more.
- Oman — AED 39, or free on orders of AED 750 or more.
- Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar — AED 59, or free on orders of AED 750 or more.
The exact delivery charge for your order is shown before you confirm payment.
All orders are charged in UAE dirhams (AED). Prices shown in other currencies are converted at the day's rate for your convenience; your bank applies its own exchange rate.
For returns, we will arrange pickup. The customer is responsible for any delivery shipping costs associated with the return unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
5. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you in coordinating with the shipping provider.
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
